Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to finally lay down the weight you've been carrying?
So many women spend years caring for everyone else while quietly losing themselves in the process. They become exhausted, disconnected, and unsure of who they are beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and pain.
Horse Wisdom Coaching offers something different.
Through the honest, gentle presence of horses, you'll discover a space where you don't have to pretend, perform, or have all the answers. Horses respond to who you are—not who you think you should be. They reflect what's happening beneath the surface, helping you quiet the noise, regulate your nervous system, strengthen healthy boundaries, and reconnect with the peace, confidence, and God-given wisdom already within you.
This isn't traditional coaching. It's an experience you feel. A place where healing becomes tangible, clarity replaces confusion, and transformation begins from the inside out.
My path to this work was born from my own journey of healing.
I've walked through learning challenges, homelessness, divorce, the heartbreak of my daughter's 20-year battle with addiction, my husband's near-death experience with COVID-19, and the difficult decision to close the day spa I loved after 22 years to step fully into God's calling for my life. Through every season, God taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about remembering who He created us to be.
For more than 24 years I've had the privilege of serving my community as an award-winning wellness practitioner, Master Coach, Speaker, soon to be published Author, and internationally certified Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) facilitator. I've spoken for recovery programs, women's organizations, and business groups, led retreats and workshops, and watched countless women rediscover hope, courage, and the confidence to move forward.
Yet my greatest credential isn't a title.
It's witnessing women who arrive feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected leave standing a little taller, breathing a little deeper, smiling again, and remembering the strength that has been within them all along.
Every Horse Wisdom session reminds me why God placed this calling on my heart. It is sacred work. It is deeply personal. And it is an incredible privilege to walk beside each woman as she reconnects with herself, with God, and with the life she was created to live.
