THE FOUR-MONTH JOURNEY
One path, four seasons
Month One, Foundation PRE FARM · 4 WEEKS
Deep intake, honest conversation, and a recovery map built around your story, not a template.
Month Two, Settling in ON FARM · 30 DAYS
The noise begins to quiet. Daily horse care, farm rhythm, and Horse Wisdom sessions begin.
Month Three, Finding Footing ON FARM · 30 DAYS
You start to feel capable. Horse Wisdom deepens. You choose differently.
Month Four, Building Forward FARM + EXIT · 30 DAYS
You see who you're becoming. Re-entry planning and daily check-in.
A DAY ON THE FARM
Rhythm, not routine
- Early Morning — Movement, breathwork, horse feed. Purpose before 7 AM.
- Morning — Breakfast, journaling, Horse Wisdom. No screens.
- Midday — Lunch and rest. Non-negotiable.
- Afternoon — Farm tasks, grooming, garden. Hands in the dirt.
- Evening — Shared dinner, reflection. Lights out by 9 PM.

Transformational coach and certified Equine Assisted Learning facilitator with over two decades guiding people toward lasting change through horses, land, and bodywork. Her debut book publishes this summer.
Michelle Mor
COACH & PROGRAM DEVELOPER
Two decades helping people remember who they are beyond addiction. Former sober living operator, grounded in ICF Core Competencies and somatic leadership. On site the first week, then present through graduation.

Is a 12 year old Tennessee Walker/Pasi Fino Cross. Gelding
Forest is one hansom horse!
We often hear I can get lost in those dreamy eyes of his.
Forest is the teacher of confidence in our EAL program.
Forrest has been with us for the past 3 years. His previous owner had him for 7 years. A severe back injury led to her rehoming Forest.

Forest is one hansom horse!

Forest is the teacher of confidence in our EAL program.
Forrest has been with us for the past 3 years. His previous owner had him for 7 years. A severe back injury led to her rehoming Forest.
Forest is also our comedian, he loves playing with anything left out or unattended. He will walk off with your hat.
He is also the cookie monster, once he figures out you have any treats he will ask and plead until you give in and give him what you have.
He is also an amazing space holder for someone holding big emotions.

Hershey is the teacher of Boundaries in our EAL program.
He loves scratches, and playing follow the leader.
His favorite treats are apples, carrots and all food really, lol.
Hershey has been with us for the past 12 years.
Before we owned him he was owned by a good friend.
Previously to this he was in a large he

He loves scratches, and playing follow the leader.
His favorite treats are apples, carrots and all food really, lol.
Hershey has been with us for the past 12 years.
Before we owned him he was owned by a good friend.
Previously to this he was in a large herd setting where he struggled
with boundaries with his herd mates.
Now he is a confident member of the herd here.
